Online Classes

Kula Annex offers Yoga classes of various levels and styles, all designed for a home practice, with little to no props (except for Restorative/Yin: 2 pillows and a blanket). Our teachers each offer something valuable and unique to the practice of Yoga. Our classes emphasise alignment, as teachers poetically weave postures and intention together to promote healing and integration in body, mind, and soul. We promote a non-judgemental space where folks can move however they feel comfortable; we are here to support your journey to joy!

How Does Online Yoga Work?

Sign up for class as usual. Sit back and wait for your email with a link to join our online platform roughly 20 minutes before the start of class. Your video can be on, or off, your choice! Please leave your microphones muted. Enjoy from the comfort of your own home! You’ll also receive a recording of the class within 24 hours (usually within a few hours of the class) that stays active for 48 hours.

Register for class at least 60 minutes before!

Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 hours before the start of class. Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior and no-shows will be charged $20 (slightly less than the drop-in rate, since late cancels and no-shows take spots away from others who were hoping to take the class.)

If you use a class pack, you will be docked a class instead.

*This comes into effect Jan 1st 2021.
