Yoga Basics

This 4 session course is designed for students who are new to Yoga OR wanting to renew their understanding of the fundamental elements of Yoga practice.  Students can expect to develop an understanding of core postures, a deeper connection to the body & breath, tools for stress relief, and a feeling of preparedness for open classes.
