Slow down and immerse in this 90 min yin practice with a soft ambient soundtrack. Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissue of the body that facilitate mobility. Poses are held 3-5 minutes, close to the ground. Yin is also energy healing, with its roots in traditional chinese medicine meridians and the chakras of yoga.
Suz will help you explore your edge of therapeutic stretch with the intention to remove blockages to range of motion.. and those subtle blockages that obstruct our full potential. Its a compassionate practice where the intellect and analytical mind rests. Come open the doors of perception and embrace the present moment. Explore being part of whatever arises pose by pose.. without comparisons, or wishing things were different.
Chris Gartner is a Juno-nominated producer, bass player and composer. He will be providing the sweet vibrations that carry us into the yin landscape of expansive awareness.
