While many of us know how important breath is in Yoga, are you able to stay connected to your breath, and do you know how to use your breath to empower your practice? In this workshop Rachael will teach the fundamentals of breath and support you in feeling it throughout your practice. Once you make this connection and feel the powerful influence of your breath, it will become a grounding meditative force that moves you deeply. You will also practice different Kundalini Kriya breathing exercises.
