Daily practices, rituals or habits are supportive spaces to return to when the world around us feels like it’s tumbling to pieces. They can be safe places we create to feel the feelings—to process too-much hurt or anger or fear and transform them into mindful, loving action.
When we move our bodies, we are actively shifting around the stories and experience our cells contain.
In this four week workshop, we’ll combine movement, stillness and pressing pen to page to explore the deeper landscape of what it means to be human. We’ll translate what we feel into a language of our own.
