New Year’s Mindfulness Retreat

Celebrate this New Year’s with a full day of 
practice in community, as we let go of 2017 & embrace new beginnings with a fearless heart. This retreat will include vinyasa & yin yoga, guided meditations, journaling, mindful eating practice, & exercises in compassionate self-reflection, cultivating gratitude & setting intentions. 
All are welcome, props are provided and mats may be rented. Students should wear comfortable layered clothing, and must bring a journal & writing utensil, and a packed lunch.
